One yard, one inbox, no phone line. Every request on this page reaches a trader in Savannah who can see live stock across our own floor and 38 partner yards. Written requests are not a barrier here — they are why our quotes land the same business day.

No phone line — on purpose

We do not have a telephone number, and we are not hiding one.

Quoting a used tote needs five written facts: prior contents, quantity, grade, destination zip and timeline. Over the phone, at least one of them gets heard wrong, and the result is a load of totes that are not fit for the job. Every form on this site routes to a named trader, and we answer within one business day.

Five facts and we can quote you

You do not need a formal specification. You need these five things, and the sixth if you have it.

  1. 01

    Prior contents

What was in the tote before, or what you intend to put in it. This decides grade, gasket compound and whether food-grade paperwork is even possible.

  2. 02

    Quantity

Units, or trailer loads. Say if the number is flexible — a 20-unit order that can flex to 24 often lands on a better freight rate.

  3. 03

    Grade

Food, reconditioned, rebottled, rinsed, as-is or scrap. "Not sure" is a legitimate answer and we will recommend.

  4. 04

    Destination zip

Freight is usually the largest single variable in a used-tote price. Without a zip we are guessing.

  5. 05

    Timeline

This week, this month, or planning for next quarter. Reconditioning and UN re-certification have real lead times.

  6. 06

    Site constraints

Dock or no dock, forklift or no forklift, door height, ceiling height. A reconsignment is the most expensive mistake in this trade.

Before you write

Four things people ask on this page

Why is there no phone number on this site?

Because we do not run a phone line. Every quote needs prior contents, quantity, grade, zip code and timeline written down, and a form captures that correctly the first time. Email and the forms on this site reach a trader in Savannah, and we answer within one business day.

How fast can you quote?

Same business day for standard grades and quantities. Mixed loads, UN re-certification and fabrication take two to three days because someone has to actually look at the units.

Do you take purchase orders?

Yes, with terms for established accounts. First orders are prepay or card unless you are a public entity.

Can I pick up myself?

Yes. 10305 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31406, during open hours — including Saturday mornings, which are pickup-only. Bring straps. We will load you.

Short answer

The forms exist because a quote needs five written facts, not because we want to put a barrier in front of a conversation. If you just have a question, email it.
  • All routes reach a named trader in Savannah
  • Nothing is answered by an auto-responder
  • Technical questions do not need the form — email is fine
  • Walk-in collection needs no appointment during open hours

Next move

Email reaches a person, not a queue.

Write to hello@reibcmarket.com or use any form on this site. Both land with a trader in Savannah who can see live stock, and both get answered within one business day.
